Charlotte has been our nanny for over 6 years and we highly recommend her. We now need to move to part time hours. She started when our daughter was just over a year old and is experienced in everything from potty training to phonics and starting writing etc. she is highly creative and can keep her / groups of kids always entertained. She has been through the transition to school, house moves and is very organised with managing all the logistics in term and in holidays. We also had a couple of nanny shares at various times which she managed extremely well. We also have a dog and she is great with pets. She is very professional whilst also being fun and engaging with the kids.
