Mona is a very caring, communicative person. She is always ready to help, advise and listen to my concerns about my child. Whenever I leave my son in her care, I don't need to worry as I know that he is safe, happy and on his best behaviour at all times. Mona looks after the children in her care with respect for their individuality. She encourages them to do better and praises them. Even though my child spends hours with her, when it is time to go home, I have to ask him several times to get ready to leave; that's how much he enjoys being there!
