Anittha has been caring for our 16-month old daughter Hero since she was 8 months old and I always feel totally happy handing her over knowing she will have a fun day with Anittha and Lesley and be well looked after and loved. We first met Anittha when we went to visit potential settings when Hero was just 8 weeks old. At the time she wasn't happy being held by anyone except her parents and would kick up a fuss if we tried to hand her over to anyone. But I remember Anittha just casually swept her up and sat down chatting to her and introducing her to the other children, Hero was happy as anything - I couldn't believe it!
