Vanya has been our wonderful full-time nanny for the last 3 years. We have 2 daughters (aged 6 and 3). Vanya has been a part of our family since my younger daughter was 10 months old. Since my husband and I work full time, during the day on weekdays, she has been the primary caretaker of my daughters for the past 3 years. They have breakfast with her, she gets them ready, she drops my older one to school, and takes care of my little one during the day. Then she picks my older one from school and takes them to their various after-school activities (swim, ballet, play dates etc.). She also gives them dinner.

Vanya ensures that my kids' days are full of fun, active and interesting activities, and they're never bored. Rain or shine, Vanya makes it a point to take them out for an activity e.g. going swimming, going to the park, going on play dates, going to libraries, going to arts clubs, exploring London, going to the various museums in our area etc.

But most importantly, Vanya is one of the most loving, caring and compassionate people I know. She loves my kids like her own, and treats them with respect, kindness and compassion. She ensures that they are safe, but also looks out for their emotional health. Not only that, but she genuinely cares about us - the parents - as well. And my kids and I absolutely love her and have been lucky to have her be part of our family.

I can't recommend her enough. Now that my younger one is starting full time school in Sep (her nursery is full-time only), alas we do not have a full-time requirement. She'll still be doing the before and after-school time with us - but will have availability whilst the kids are in school.
