Emma is truly amazing! We needed someone we could trust to look after our two children (6 year old boy & 3 year old girl) while we went to a family funeral. I'm so glad Emma was available. We knew our kids would be in safe hands and this made a difficult day more managable.
Emma made a point visiting our home before the day to meet us all, go through paperwork and talk about a plan for the day. She is professional, well qualified, has a natural understanding of childrens needs and interests - everything a parent could ask for.
Emma is kind, thoughtful and fun, and has a natural rapport with children. My children had a great day full of adventures. They went to the park and collected sticks and stones. Then, after lunch, they made a flag from their sticks (that still takes pride of place in our garden) and painted their stones in the garden. When we came home, Emna read a story to give us a chance to sit down with a coffee. The house was clean and tidy, the children were really happy. They couldn't wait to tell us about their day and show us what they had made.
My children still talk about their day with Emma and ask when she will be coming to look after them again. In my mind, I don't think there could be better recommendation than that!
Emma will always be our first choice going forward. We have already booked her again for a school pickup, tea and bedtime nanny service (which is something we would have been apprehensive about before) and also have Emma in mind for other occassions, confident our children will be well looked after.
