To say I am livid is an understatement. I contacted Amy last night (29/04/19) and we agreed to meet up today for a discussion. After I sent her my address she told me Kilmarnock is a rough area and she would be comfortable if we met in public. I said when she gets to my street to let me know and I’ll come out. Due to my son’s routine it wasn’t part of my plan to leave the house. I said we could discuss outside my house. She agreed to this and we were set to meet at 11am. At 11:05 today, I text to see if she was still going to show up this morning but no response. I tried phoning but she had blocked my number. Time agreed but she was no show, blocked me for whatever reason. I do not know why she decided not to show up. But as a mother, finding someone who is reliable and can be trusted is paramount to me and for peace for mind.
If you are a parent looking for childcare then you understand how desperate it could get. I moved from England and have zero family or friends who can look after my child at short notice or any time.

I’m self employed and trying to get back to work but for whatever reason she may have jumped to the conclusion about my living situation and messed up my day and has made me extremely mad and sad but what can I do. Carry on being a mother and soldier on.

I just wanted to leave this review for Amy in case any other parent out there was thinking of using her service.
