Dawn arrived the night we got home, having been in hospital for a week with our little son. As soon as Dawn arrived, she instantly made us feel at ease, and helped settle us into life with a newborn with her calm approach.

Dawn helped our son get into a routine by week two, which was incredible, so we knew when to feed him and when to let him sleep, which therefore enabled him to sleep well at night and eventually sleep though! As she was with us during the day (as well as nights), she was so helpful teaching me various tips, and the constant reassurance was invaluable. Whether it was help with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, how to bath our baby for the first time, or even coming with us for our first lunch out of the house, Dawn couldn’t have been more helpful and gave us the confidence we needed.

I can’t imagine where we would be now if we hadn’t had Dawn to help guide us through those early days. Having a baby who sleeps through the night and in a structured daily routine is something we had wished for, and Dawn has made it happen.

I would highly recommend Dawn to any new parent looking for some guidance and help with their newborn.
