About Me
I’m 34 and have worked with SEN children now for around 14 years, both in a school environment and in the child’s own home as a carer.
I throughly enjoy what I do and have a lot of passion. I’m currently looking for work around my current job to offer support to any families that could do with an extra hand. I have a full drivers licence and I own my own vehicle.
My Experience
I currently work in a residential mental health school for teenage boys, At present I work on the residential side and provide alot of pastoral support to our young students and I work closely with families, this is due to change September as I’m going back to a role on the education side to work with out ASD students.
Alot of my past experience has been with SEN children in a school environment and as a part time carer for a child who has severe learning difficulties.
I’ve done a lot of work around ASD and have worked for many different charities working with and supporting families who needed a little extra support from time to time.
My Qualifications
My qualifications are based around supporting teaching and learning but as you can see from above I have gained much experience over the years doing other job roles and references can provided.
Over the years I’ve also had numerous training on ASD, health and safety and food handling.
