I cannot recommend Monika enough. She offered her help when we needed childcare very unexpectedly and on a short term basis. She is very kind and caring. We were very worried as our baby son (16 months at the time) has never been in any other care than us and his grandmother. He was quite shy, however we have started seeing big positive changes when he started being cared for by Monika. They were visiting library and other social settings and our son quickly became quite outgoing and not afraid of other people.
We never had any issues and always were communicated of any changes as well as if there were any concerns.
