Over the past two years, Elena has build warm, responsive relationships with both our children (now aged 4 and 2). She adapts her approach for both our typically developing child, and our child with sever and complex disabilities, and they both adore her.

She has been phenomenal: completely effective and responsible in the role, and so kind, loving and nurturing towards our daughter every day. We have all deeply appreciated having her in our lives. She is an exceptional person, and has been the perfect nanny.
