Hired Fey twice, once she turned up on time, second booking she turned up two hours late.

She’s 17, I gave her the benefit of doubt, explained to her, how reliability is very important.

When I first interviewed Fey, she informed me she was available all through summer, when I contacted her for ad hoc days, she would inform me she had exams or a course, which was not disclosed at interview stage. Fey would also not read my texts for a few days, knowing I was trying to book her in. I was reluctant to leave her a review because of her age, but the last straw was her passing her number to her 17 year old friend who randomly contacts me offering me child are service??

Clearly they’re both unaware to children needing stability and continuity.

Unfortunately if you’re looking for reliability then I wouldn’t chose Fey! She’s a nice girl, and hopefully as she grows up in life, she will realise the implications of her actions!

She’s not aware of the EYFS, and I guess this is a learning part for me as it’s the first time using someone! I would now chose someone older and more experienced.
