Emma has been babysitting for us for over a year on and off. My son is on the autism spectrum and needs a hands-on minder to meet his sensory and other daily needs. Emma has been a God-send. She is very attentive with him and spends time planning activities to keep him on his toes. They have bonded so well. She has also babysat my nephew who took to her very quickly and has learnt so much from her. She gets along well with the rest of the family and has become a good family friend. I would totally recommend.
