Poor customer service
When I first met Sameera, in November 2023, I explained that I would need childcare starting from 6.45 am and on her website it said that she is open from 7am to 7pm Mondays to Fridays. She agreed to this verbally.
Fast forward to February 2024, she had changed her hours of work without informing me and later threw a tantrum when I took baby to her at 6.40am. She complained that I woke up her children when I ran the door bell but how will you know I am outside when your phone is on do not disturb. I am a key worker and would not encourage key workers to use this childminder.

There has been a misunderstanding.
You always said you needed childcare from 7am-5pm and the invoices I sent you, the timings on there are 7am-5pm too. And I charged you these timings. You came early on your first day and then said I’ll tell you if I come early again but never told me afterwards.
My communication is always strong from the beginning, and this can be seen in other parent reviews.
