Very bad experience
So we put our son to pick up from school and was told that she will pickup him in car in our meeting. 1st day my boy started crying and feeling very tired. Later found out that she walked my 5 Yr boy from school to her home which is approx 25-30 mins walk. She is not at all flexible and accommodating. Big talks and promises but don't keep up any of those promises. She also took advance payment from us and we didn't use the service ,gave her notice and still didn't receive any refund. She is now completely ignoring our messages and phone calls. Very unprofessional and misleading child minder I have encountered so far. If you want piece of mind then I will never recommend Poonam.

Hi Smruti you came to visit me in June as you were to about to start a new job.
I would like to clear your miss understandings, I have clearly informed you on your initial visit that I don’t pick children in car as near school area street are for residents permit parking holders and I can get a parking ticket. Which is much more than my fees to you and only time I would take a car when child is sick and unable to walk in a emergency situation in that case school allows cars to enter schools parking as a quick pickup.
I do remember you told me your son was tired as he not use to walk therefor we discussed this matter and resolved it by you leaving a scooter for him in the school which he stood on next day whilst I pulled along handle all the way home and he was very happy. My home is approximately 20 minutes walk. I have always picked kids from that school as young as 3 and they do get use to after sometime and local borough and government encourages this practice for children’s good health and well-being.
I have never provided food to your child as you choose to give him food from your home to his likeness so how can you give me a BAD food rating ?
Thirdly when you received a email from school to self insulate your child because of COVID you insisted me to keep him then I said let me find out as thing were changing rapidly so I have email my mentor who are professional from LBH and they said I can’t keep a child who ihas been in a contact of a covid case just in case he is a carrier, I informed you with forward of that email and explained I can not break government guidelines and put other children at risk you were not happy.
I even phoned school to confirm the self isolation rules and mentioned to you.

After that you are not sure to take new job and terminated our childcare contract. You collected you child belonging from my home.
Then you called me randomly after 3 month to ask if I can offer your child a place after school.
If my house wasn’t clean as you have said in your FALSE feedback you were unhappy with my service why would you insist me to have your child again in my setting?
You have come to my premises yesterday evening whilst I was away spoke to my family member rudely and loudly causing nuisances and been calling me at night time expect me to answer, my calls log can prove that would you call school or a nursery at 9.15 pm?????
Therefore my humble request to you that please think wisely, stop harassing me.
I leave this decision up to you to remove or not to remove your False and negative feedback.
If this bad behaviour continues I will not hesitate to report this matter further.
