Excellent Child-led Care

Our son has been attending RIEMontessori with Alex since he was 15 months old. It is a lovely, intimate and caring environment. Alex is trained in Montessori, Pikler and RIE childcare which was important for us in finding someone to care for our son away from us. He loves going to ‘school’ and is happy to say goodbye and is happy when we collect him at the end of the day. Alex prepares and serves delicious a breakfast, lunch and snacks. When he is with Alex we know his physical and emotional needs are being met as we would do ourselves. Cannot recommend Alex enough.

Highly Recommended Childminder in Balham

I would highly recommend Alex to anybody looking for childminding in the local area. Alex has created a wonderful learning environment in her own home which provides a lovely, warm and creative learning environment for the children. My daughter (21 months) hadn't been with a childminder before we began with Alex so I was initially worried about how she would handle being looked after by anybody but me but it has been seamless from the start. Alex made the whole transition process, easy, tear free and enjoyable! It is wonderful to see my daughter go off happily each morning and I truly know she has fun, is very well taken care of and is learning a lot. I love the updates and pictures Alex provides me of my daughter which again just shows me she is happy learning and exploring. So much thought and attention has been put into the activities Alex puts together based on the age/stage of the child and it really is great to know my daughter is in such great hands when she is at RieMontessori. Thank you Alex for everything you do!
