I had high hopes when hiring Latonia for my 7-year-old daughter, but unfortunately, our experience was far from positive. Initially, Latonia canceled our first in-person interview last minute, which should have been a red flag. We rescheduled, and she was charming at the next meeting, promising reliable care and confirming her start date for the 27th January 2024.
However, after agreeing to start on the 27th during the interview, she later requested to begin on the 3rd of February, to which I agreed. Communication seemed fine until the day she was supposed to start; Latonia failed to show up or respond to any messages or calls, leaving me in a difficult position and forcing me to cancel all my work plans for the day.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend her services due to her unreliability and lack of professionalism.
If she didn't want the job, she could have let us know. It's not cool to mess with people's lives like that...

We are very grateful for the care our daughter receives from Leidy. She has been working with our disabled daughter twice a month for a few months, and her dedication and nurturing nature have made a positive difference in our lives.
Leidy is caring and compassionate. Her approach has created a supportive environment for our daughter. She ensures that all of our daughter’s needs are met, always with a positive attitude. Her ability to connect with our daughter and make her feel comfortable is appreciated.
We feel at ease knowing that our daughter is in capable and loving hands. Leidy has become an important part of our family’s support system, and we are happy with the care she provides.
