Valbona looked after our 18 month old daughter from Monday to Thursdays for 3 months. She always made sure they attended toddler playgroups or activities so that my daughter could be in a new setting and interact with other babies. Valbona is a very gentle and caring person and very responsible too. We particularly appreciated the regular communication - she sent us many photos and updates on a daily basis which was lovely! :)
