This was our first time using a childminder for our children aged 3 and 6. We needed a childminder for a couple of months and this was a big step for us and I was very reluctant at trusting someone with my children... but thank God we found Fatimas (Ainni). After having Ainni be there for our children, we have never felt more relaxed and reassured.

From the moment we spoke to Ainni we knew she was great. She would answer our calls and queries immediately. The whole process of having achildminder was new to us, but Ainni explained everything and made the whole journey smooth and stress free! When we met Ainni and her lovely family at her home, we knew she was perfect for us. She has a wonderful family and my kids really loved spending time with them all.

Apart from Ainni being an amazing person, as a childminder she was always perfessional, punctual and kept us informed of our children. The communication was great and much appreciated. My kids would look forward to seeing Ainni and they really will miss her and so will we all.
