Hannah contacted me saying she is suited in our recruitment. while chatting with her with many manay messages back and forth we found her really rice and she was agreeing to pretty much what we wanted as a nanny for our twins. things looked good at both ends and she asked time to meet up. I suggested the following day. since then she got quiet. After few days she came back saying about a family emergency and she would come back to me ASAP which never happened. her behaviour made me wonder what could be the reason to her showing the peak of interest and then turning away so quickly! it's a waste of parent's time to have been communicating with people having so lack of commitment.
