Nishat came to work for us beginning of June till July 26th. She came across as a professional.
extremely sweet Competent woman who built a lovely Report with my eldest son-he looked forward to the days she worked.
Unfortunately in the short space of time she was with us, she called in sick 10mins before she was meant to start work, on more then 1 occasion she was 30mins late- once alerting me 10 mins before she stated work, second time, I had to call her.
I looked passed these constant red flags as my eldest really liked her and my youngest was starting to open up towards her.
On Monday 31st of July Nishat never turned up for work- she didn’t answer my phone calls or txts- she didn’t notify me she wouldn’t be returning, nor to find new arrangements for childcare.
I had to explain to my 5 year old son, Nishat isn’t coming back, he’s response
“Why doesn’t she like me anymore?”
We are beyond disappointed.
