I contacted Natalia a few weeks before our visit to Edinburgh which we’ve just completed and asked if she’d be available for a few hours on 2 of the evenings so my partner could go out to dinner without our 2 year old.
Natalia confirmed her availability and booked us in her schedule right away. We then got in touch again closer to the trip to discuss my sons bedtime routine as Natalia wanted to make sure she was familiar with everything in advance which was really reassuring. She also provided me with a copy of her ID and a PVG (DBS) check as requested.
Natalia was very punctual, turned up a few minutes early which was nice. Otis is usually quite reserved and takes time to warm up to strangers but with Natalia, he was his cheeky fun self straight away! On the second night he actually ran up to her straight away for a hug which was very reassuring and allowed us to go out and enjoy ourselves without worrying.
I would 100% use and recommend Natalia again!
She’s a very warm, professional person, a natural with kids, very efficient and reliable.
