I hired her during the summer holidays for five hours from 9.15am onwards as I was headed off to work. She just did not show up. There was no communication. I messaged her before the babystitting slot to double confirm attendance, then messaged again at 9.15am and heard nothing back. She messaged later on apologising to me stating that she had overslept.

This caused so much chaos to my day and loss of money and trust.
