I met Tracey five and a half years ago when I needed a childminder for my 6 month old. I had to attend weekly training and did not want to leave my son with anyone that was not a family member! I rang Tracey and spoke to her, she invited to her home and I was sold within 10 mins, she engaged with my baby whilst discussing with me my needs and concerns, I am someone who doesn't trust easily so she had a tough customer in me. All I can say is my gut told me she was a safe caring person who enjoyed her job. Tracey is still my son's childminder now and I would recommend her to anyone! My son adores her and her family I have 100% trust in her which I think is so important - I needed to know whoever I chose would instill confidence so that i could do my job properly rather than worrying or wondering whilst working about my child.
