We met Tegan virtually as we live in the United States. She was flexible and considerate to make sure we were comfortable with her before we actually booked the sitting job, sending references (which were fantastic) and video chatting. My children (5 and 7) spent 9 hours with her while we attended a wedding, and they said, "She was great! Definitely hire her again." She showed up early, kids had fun and were well tended to.
