Contacted Ellie and interviewed for a live out nanny job, with only looking after our child as a job description, no cleaning, no cooking, solely looking after our child, offering flexible hours and a monthly salary.

Ellie agreed a trial shift, from there we offered a job and she agree on taking the job.

Two of her references come back negatives and misleading as we find out she has no childcare qualification and no first aid.

We had a good feeling on interview and trial so we decided to give her a shot and maybe support her with her qualifications.

We drafted a contract and when it was time to send the contract over, after going awol for a bit and ignoring call and text messages - Ellie told us she has taken another job.
