Scarlett has cared for our girls on a few occasions now and they took to her instantly. She is calm, relaxed and interested in their lives. Communication has been very easy and she has been flexible when timings have changed last minute. She is responsible and reliable. I appreciate her tapping into my girls' interests and taking the time to do arts and read with them. They are always asking when she is coming around again!
