Amazing childminder/s ,our first daughter started with Lisa in 2021 and now our second is as well with them.
They exceed the expectations, could not have ask for anything better.

Our beautiful little princesses 👸 ❤️ How we adore them, thank you for allowing us to care for them 🥰
Lisa and Rich have been looking after both our boys for a total of 5 years & our boys have loved going there.
They have a amazing home set up, with a great outdoor space for the children to enjoy. Trips to longleat, playgroups, woodland walks etc are just some of the experiences the boys have had.
I know that when we drop the boys off they are safe and cared for. Lisa and Rich are so supportive and have great communication which I found especially helpful.
The boys have made some lovely friends
and memories ❤️. Couldn't recommend
them enough.

Lisa and Rich are the most patient and loveliest people. When my son started a few years ago he didn’t have much confidences and was pretty clingy to me. But over the years Lisa and Rich have worked on this to help bring the best out of him and what a joy it has been to see over the years, my boy is so happy and regained his confidence and I thank Lisa and Rich for this.
I also love the fact they take the kids out and about. This is something I know my son loves to do, to explore and socialise within new environments.
I would highly recommended Lisa and Rich to anyone, as trust me your child is in safe hands.

Lisa and Rich are such lovely people, they've had my daughter since she was 9 months old, without them she wouldn't be the girl she is now. They have taught her, guided her and cared for her so well.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a childminder.
Everything about them, the setting and the learning is brilliant.

Our son has been spending two days a week with Lisa and Rich since November 2022 and absolutely loves his time with them, especially getting out in the garden, exploring the woods behind their house, trips to the park and, best of all, visits to Longleat. He has learnt and developed so much with their support and encouragement, and has made some wonderful friends too. It is clear to see from how much the children enjoy being together that they all feel comfortable, safe and nurtured in the environment that Lisa and Rich provide.
As parents, we value the good communication, flexibility and understanding when we may need to slightly amend hours or are running late.
Very highly recommended.

We have been using Lisa since 2020, our first born struggles to leave us and lisa has worked so closely with us to help make drop off’s easier for us all. Our youngest daughter needs help with her speech with Lisa has helped massively. I cannot recommend Lisa & Rich anymore. They are so fantastic with the children and really do go above and beyond, you will not find a better childminder.

Getting to know Lisa and Rich over the past 2.5 years has been an absolute delight, and it's incredible how time has flown by. They are truly exceptional individuals, and their natural affinity for what they do shines brightly. Our son Alexander, in particular, has formed a deep connection with them, and their genuine care and love for him have meant the world to us. They are the kind of trustworthy people you can wholeheartedly entrust with your child's well-being.
One of the many highlights of our time with them has been their flexibility and willingness to take the children on exciting outdoor adventures, including trips to the beach, visits to Longleat, and participation in kids' playgroups. These experiences have allowed our children to explore various places and create lasting memories. Their flexibility with schedules has been especially helpful, particularly when we moved from Radstock to Warminster. The most significant moment for us, one that we will forever be grateful to you for, is the way you've instilled good manners in him. Through your guidance, he is on a path to developing into an outstanding individual with a strong sense of values. Thank you for imparting these invaluable principles to him.
Despite the distance, we have continued to make the journey from Warminster to Midsomer Norton because we value the special relationship Lisa and Rich have with Alexander. His happiness and the love he receives from them are our top priorities, and that's what matters most to us.
Lisa and Rich, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for treating Alexander as if he were part of your own family and for creating such wonderful memories for both him and us. My daughter Regan has been going to Lisa's since the start of primary school. From the moment I found Lisa I knew this is where I wanted Regan to be. Regan attended Lisa's before and after school as well as in the holidays. Regan absolutely loves being with Lisa. Their home is always welcoming and Lisa goes above and beyond for all the children in her care. Her home is an absolute dream to any child with a fantastic garden and they have so much fun together with the hidden element of learning. I would recommend Lisa to any family looking for a childminder - she has had an amazing impact on Regan for which we will always be truly grateful. There really is no better place to send your child.

Lisa and Rich are amazing childminders. My daughter has been going there for a year now and loves it. They look after her like shes their own, they help with her skills, learning, reading, playing etc.
Daisy is my 3rd child and i still need guidance, Lisa is always willing to give me advice and help whenever i need it.
If you are looking for a childminder id definitely recommend Lisa and Rich. ❤

Really could not recommend Lisa and Rich enough! Being a typical first time mummy, I was so fussy with who I wanted my baby to go with, I remember looking around many places but no where felt like 'the one' until we went and met lisa and rich which felt like a home from home. My son went to lisa and rich for 3 days a week for 2 whole years, now hes started reception, ive decided to keep him going a day in the holidays because his progress has been amazing, hes made so many friends of all ages and he absolutely loves lisa and rich! I also loved that they go out, ralphy loved a tuesday at play group which was his favourite day, they go to longleat often and spend a lot of time outside which my son loves! Lisa updates tapestry regularly which is also something i particularly liked about my son being there. Really glad I made the right choice in picking this setting. lisa and rich made sure ralphy was more than ready to start reception :)

We are already missing him but we know he will settle quickly at school and make many new friends but we will look forward to seeing him in the school holidays. Lisa has been amazing since the start of Hallies journey with her. Lisa & Rich really do go above and beyond they take the children on different adventures which hallie loves.
I will be sending my baby there when I return to work and i know she will love it as much as Hallie.
Lisa has recently helped me with potty training and is always happy to help and offer guidance.
I would highly recommend, it really is a home from home experience.

We’ve had our boys going to Lisa now for nearly 8 years and could not imagine anyone else helping care for them.
They both started at 9 months and have been wonderfully settled in Lisa and Rich’s home since then.
As babies to preschool they spent 3 full days a week where they had the opportunity to learn through play in a huge variety of ways. Now they’re at school they look forward to evenings and school holidays there, spending time with Lisa and Rich and also seeing their friends who have grown up with them at Lisa’s.
I truly believe Lisa and Rich have been a huge influence on how they have grown into polite, inclusive, caring boys and the setting Lisa and Rich have provided had no doubt played a part.
I visited nurseries and other settings when trying to first find childcare and they knocked spots off everyone with their caring and open natures and lovely home setting.
We are also very happy with the variety provided to the boys and the fab outdoor setting they have to explore and play.

My Little girl has been going to Lisa & Rich since the beginning of Feb. Due to her being a lockdown baby the transition was very hard for her but they made it so much easier for us both. Lisa provided me with regular updates and took time to get to know Hallie so she could settle her when needed.
Hallie now gets excited when we pull up outside, I get regular pictures and messages about her day which I love.
I really cannot recommend Lisa & Rich anymore, they are flexible and accommodating. They really do have the children at the heart of everything they do.

We knew that after sending our first son to Lisa's (and seeing him flourish into the lovely, fun, outdoorsy and creative boy he now is) that we'd definitely be sending out next child to Lisa (even though I chose not to back to my 9-5 job, I knew at least some time in Lisa's care was 100% worth it for he's own development).
Needless to say that our second son who started in September 2020 also thoroughly enjoys his days at Lisa's. I was slightly worried as he was such a clingy Mummy's boy, especially being home with me for so long, but he surprised me - he settled very quickly and is always so excited to go to 'Lee-Lee's house"! Lisa is once again helping our little boy to thrive, learn and socialize. He's made some really close friends which is so lovely to hear him talk about. I absolutely love how well Lisa and Rich communicate with us, their relationship with our kids, the digital updates on tapestry and sometimes on whatsapp during the day, and the photos - wow. Lisa is so amazing at taking natural photos of our children - I have started printing framing some of them!
The thing that sets Lisa and Rich apart for me is their passion and dedication for what they do - caring for children, treating them as one big family and helping them thrive in an inspiring, fun, creative and safe environment. I'm also very impressed with how often Lisa updates toys and play equipment - creating more outdoor play opportunities - her garden is like a kids heaven, so many amazing things to do!
We all truly see Lisa and Rich as a part of our family, and not having any family near by us it is a real blessing and we are so grateful to have her in our life. Thank you Lisa and Rich for all you do! We cannot recommend you highly enough. A*****

You have 2 beautiful boys that have always been a complete joy. Each one has been confident, happy and caring. The bonds that they have formed with the other children and us has made them a valuable and much loved part of our family. We found Lisa completely by luck at the beginning and she has been our Angel for the last four months, both Rich and Lisa are great and Our little Sofia enjoys very much the time she spends with them.
She is a lockdown baby and was only used to be with us but surprisingly did not take even one day to get settled with them.
She has learnt so much ( too much maybe🤩) , i would say they love what they do , they are caring and loving and treat the kids like if they were their own in my opinion.
We could not be happier with them, very good professionals and people.

My daughter has been going to Lisa for over four years now before/after school and in the school holidays. Lisa is an amazing childminder and we were very lucky to find her when we moved to MSN. My daughter loves going to Lisa's everyday and really does feel like part of the family. The interaction with all the children in the setting is amazing and they all have so much fun together. There is also a lot of learning through play which is very helpful. Lisa's home is fabulous and there is so much outdoor space for children to enjoy - it really is a home from home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lisa - you will be very lucky if she is able to care for your child they will have the greatest time and you will be happy knowing she is in the best care possible.

My little boy has been going to Lisa's for over a year now and he loves it! He has made some lovely friends and is always happy when I drop him off ( which is a relief as a mum!).
C loves being outside and has been on trips to Longleat, play parks and the woods to name a few. Lisa has a perfect outdoor garden space for children to play and a hut which is used for seasonal events which is fab!
Lisa is an amazing childminder, she puts you at ease, has a great relationship with the children and always strives to bring out the best in them. I would highly recommend.

My son Ralph has been going to Lisa and Rich for a couple of month now. I looked around many different childcare options but being a first time mum I was very fussy and like most parents i wanted to best for my son however nothing really stood out to me when i looked around different childcare options, for a while then a space became available with Lisa and Rich. The day my son met lisa and rich he walked in and spoke/ played with them like he had been going there for months. They are both understanding, lovely people who communicate well, let the children treat there house as a home and take the children out regularly. I love looking on my sons profile after a day of him being there to see what hes been up too which Lisa and Rich update after every session there, hes always doing messy and fun things which i absolutely love and always looks so happy. Lisa and rich work along side you therefore makes things easier for them and you when teaching new things. Could not recommend Lisa and Rich enough.

My son jack who is 3 has been with lisa on a Monday since July. Jack absolutely loves it with lisa and his new friends and talk very highly of his days here. Although jack already attends other nursery’s I’ve really noticed the difference in jack general learning and progression since being with lisa just 1 day a week. I love how lisa makes learning fun and brings nature into the classroom.
Lisa is always so friendly and welcoming with a beautiful spacious warming home and wonderful garden.
I think it’s wonderful how lisa takes the children on day trips, recently it was longleat 😊
I hope to continue my Monday’s with lisa till jack starts school. If you are looking for a honest trustworthy childminder, lisa is the one.

Lisa has looked after my son since he was 10months old and is now just over 1. When I first started looking for a childminder her profile really stood out as she loves being outdoors, encourages free play and goes out on day trips.
C loves going to Lisa's and has a wonderful time playing with the other children, her home is amazing for free play as she has such an open space both inside and outside.
C has grown in confidence since starting at Lisa's and his character is showing through more and more, which I believe is because of the new situations and interacting he is doing with other children.
Highly recommended!

I was dreading going back to work when my son was 12 months old. We looked around months in advance for a childminder we liked. As soon as we met Lisa we knew our little boy would be in safe hands and our minds would be at ease. Not only could we clearly see how passionate and dedicated Lisa was about quality childcare, but her house was very clean, tidy with plenty of lovely outdoor space - which we knew would be a big hit with our son!
The settling in days went well, although he once got a bit upset and Lisa sang 'his song' to him to calm him, and he fell asleep in her arms - without me even telling her it was his song!
I'm always so excited to hear how his day has been, and Lisa is great at keeping you posted and often sending pictures during the day which puts a smile on my face. Within no time at all he was toddling down the corridor with barely a look backwards to say bye! I was so pleased and relieved that he was loving his time at Lisa's. He'd made so many lovely friends and talks about them all the time.
Lisa's passion for outdoor and creative free play has helped our son has really thrive, as he loves the outdoors and is such a happy, free spirit. Lisa also managed to help resolve the occasional angry tantrums and help him learn to share within the first few weeks. He's since been an angel and is a complete joy to be around. He also loves interacting with the slightly older children which is so lovely to see and hear about.
It really is like he goes to be looked after by a member of our family - but with all the benefits of Lisa's professional experience. Lisa often sends us interesting relevant articles or information on children's health/wellbeing/learning development, which is really helpful and it feels as if we are a team working together on our son's development. We even decided to keep him attending Lisa's whilst I'm on my maternity leave with our second child - as he loves his days there so much!
I honestly cannot recommend Lisa highly enough. We feel so lucky to have her support with our little boy, and have no doubt that you would feel the same way with your little one in her care.

Our daughter has been attending Lisa's since September 2016 before and after school. We are so pleased that we found her. We did look at a lot of childminders and nurseries but none of them felt right. As soon as I met Lisa, and went into her home, I knew this was the person I wanted to look after our daughter. The care and continuity that Lisa provides are outstanding and is above and beyond what we could have hoped for. I am always delighted to hear about the activities our daughter has done with Lisa and these are varied and spontaneous. Lisa's home is always inviting and clean with lots of outdoor space which my daughter expecially loves. I cannot recommend Lisa enough and I beleive she would be able to offer any child in her care everything that you as a parent could wish for; she certainly has for us.

Our little D has been with Lisa since I returned to work when she was 11months. I Contemplated returning to work because as a shift worker many nurseries were unable to offer flexible hours. It caused a great deal of stress. It was a big adjustment attempting to continue breast feeding, balancing my job and time with family & childcare needs at the start with very little support elsewhere. Lisa provided much support with this transition with settling in periods and having me visit during normal working hours to gauge what D will likely to be doing during the day. All the children in her care were happy & relaxed all united with each other.
It was apparent right from the first meeting that Lisa showed genuine pleasure in the company of our D/children. Her strengths are that she has a gentle respectful approach. The simplicity of her home environment makes it a natural, peaceful & a calm space for the children, it doesn’t feel overwhelming which was the comparison to other busy settings we visited. Lisa is very passionate about free play it is evident by how she has designed her outdoor space! The nature walks & our-door adventures are favoured over organised activities, she foster’s creativity, self reliance and happiness which supports our free spirited D!

Lisa has looked after our son now for almost two years now and has been so accomodating. My son, who is on the autistic spectrum, has always felt happy going to Lisa's house and has always felt welcome. She always makes his experience interesting and relevant. Our son loves animals and Lisa's pet dog, Chester, is loving and friendly. He always comes home happy and excited. I fully recommend Lisa as a helpful and inclusive child minder. Thanks again!

When I first thought about having to return to work I dreaded it and was absolutely terrified about leaving my son with anyone. When we went to visit Lisa we immediately felt at ease! Lisa is so easy to talk to and always answers any questions or worries we might be having and I feel like he is 100% safe in her care.
My son absolutely loves going to see not only Lisa but her whole family we have never had any tears at drop off he is always happy going in and always happy when I pick him up. We are always kept up to date on what little man has been doing.
My son has learnt so much since starting with Lisa and is developing exceptionally well! He is always telling me about what fun he’s been having. Lisa does a lot of outdoors play with the children and this has always been a very big thing for me as my son loves being outside so I am glad he always has that opportunity!
In all honesty I don’t think we could have found a better childminder my son loves Lisa and so do we!

My 3yr old daughter absolutely loves going to Lisa. She goes full of excitement and returns full of lovely stories of her day. Lisa has seen her grow from small baby into a precocious toddler and has supported her in every step. I feel totally confident in her abilities and feel perfectly at ease leaving my girl with her. Lisa provides are safe fun environment which is nurturing and educational. My slightly older daughter has been too and would go back (if she wasn’t at school) simply haven’t found a better childminder

My daughter began going to Lisa at age 2 and we have been more than satisfied with the care. When I first visited Lisa it became very clear to me that her job is her passion and the children in her care felt very at home! My daughter is very anxious around new people and even takes a while to warm up when visiting family members which makes it hard for me when leaving her with anyone but with Lisa I have not had any worries...Annabelle is always excited to see her in the morning and comes home happy with lots to tell.
We have Lisa to thank for lots regarding Annabelle's development, we especially noticed her speech and vocabulary thriving through her first year there and we have no doubts that she will be ready for school in September...although I'm sure she will miss Lisa and her childcare buddies dearly!

My daughter has been childminded by Lisa since she was 9 months old - she is now 7 1/2 years old.
Since day one, my daughter has thrived in Lisa’s home setting, after struggling at a nursery prior to this. Over the past 7 years, Lisa has taken my daughter on day to day outings, such as walking the dogs, to the library and to the shops in Midsomer Norton, keeping the structure of family living. As well as this, Lisa ensures that each and every occasion is celebrated throughout the year including; Easter, Ramadan and of course, pancake day!
Before my daughter started school, she would attend Lisa’s 4 days a week, all day. Currently, my daughter is both dropped off and picked up from school by Lisa, up to 4 days a week, and when it’s time to collect, my daughter is always finishing arts and crafts or playing out in the garden.
As quoted by my daughter “the best thing about Lisa’s house is everything. I play with my friends all the time and with all the toys, but I do help to clean them up, because that’s good manners”.
My daughter adores her time with Lisa, and as a parent, I believe that it’s an incredibly rare gift to be adored by every child in her care, and one that Lisa undoubtedly holds.

We use Lisa to collect from St. Johns school three times a week. My daughter has always been very happy with this arrangement and looks forward to her time spent with Lisa and the other children. When she first started going she used to get very cross with me if I collected her early!
Lisa is friendly and approachable. She has always been flexible to my needs and has got me out of a tight spot on more that one occasion with little notice which has been very reassuring for me as a working parent.
I know that my daughter will miss her time spent at Lisa's house when she moves up to Secondary school later in the year ...... :(
I cannot praise or recommend Lisa highly enough for the peace of mind and the excellent service she provides. 5***

My child Sean has been coming to Lisa’s since February 2017 and since the very first visit, he has always felt really happy and comfortable. My child is on the ASD spectrum and so new people and places can be difficult for him. He has settled in so well at Lisa’s, even though he only goes once a week, that I have requested more after school child minding as soon as it is available. Sean is already picked up from school by different relatives and also had another child minder for the first 6 years of his life, so to be so accustomed to a new child minder after only one visit has put both my and my wife’s minds at ease. He says he enjoys the after school snacks and also the different colouring and drawing activities Lisa does with him. Even with other children in the house at the same time, Lisa always manages to make some time for Sean and joins in with the activities that he is interested in. It was a real blessing to find Lisa just at the time we needed her most. Thank you

The greatest complement we can give Lisa is that both of our boys (now 5 & 2) love every day with her. They both started with Lisa from 9 months old when my wife returned to work. The eldest son is now at school and Lisa does some of the drop offs and pick ups and our youngest is at Lisa's 3 days a week. Lisa has been and will remain a big part of their lives. The family environment that's provided instantly struck a chord with us. As soon as we walked in and started chatting it felt right for us. Lisa, Rich and their family make all of the children feel right at home. The kids have benefited from plenty of outdoor learning and play making use of the wooded area and local walks. Attending play groups means the children get to interact in larger groups regularly and even get treated to numerous days out (including Longleat). The journals and photos we get daily are real treasures for us and it's great to re-live the day with the boys. My eldest had various dietary intolerances which Lisa fully understood and supported us with. Following the EYFS curriculum meant his transition to school was seamless and his base in phonics and maths has proved invaluable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lisa to anybody.

Our son has been in Lisa’s care for the last year and has loved every minute! Lisa is warm and welcoming and provides the perfect home from home environment.
Our son does a variety of activities with Lisa and goes for lovely days out with his friends ! Lisa updates us everyday with photos of what they have been up to and suggestions for things to practice at home in terms of learning. It always feels like Lisa understands our sons needs really well and is always looking to help
him in his learning.
It’s not hard to see why Lisa has an outstanding ofsted - we really can not recommend her more highly!

I started using Lisa when my son was 8 months old ... he is now 10. When my daughter was born there was no question about where she was going to go. Needless to say I value Lisa (and her family) immensely. Her care goes way beyond a job title. She provides a home from home for each of the children that she minding. My children are happy and confident in her company, in fact, they feel like it is their second home. I can not write enough words to recommend Lisa enough ... If I could give her 10 stars I would.

WOW thank you xxx I was so worried when the time was coming for your children to move on to primary school thinking i wouldnt be seeing them anymore, how wonderful it was to hear that you wanted me for all the school holidays :) They have been a part of our family for so long we cant imagine them not being here! We all love them so much, they are bright beautiful children that are a credit to you both. Even though thry arent here every day they come in during the holidays as if they have never been away. They mix in with everyone and are so kind, caring and sociable it makes my job a real pleasure. Dont ever take them away! :) xxx
My son has been going to Lisa’s before and after school 3 days a week for the last 18 months. He loves being with her and has made some excellent friends in the other children. Knowing children in other years has been great for his confidence in school. Lisa is an excellent child minder and provides lots of fun activities for the children. Her outside space is wonderful and great for the children to play in during good weather.

My daughter has been going to Lisa's for over a year now. Lisa is extremely helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. She does a variety of activities with the children; a mixture of fun and educational both inside and outside the home and my daughter cannot wait to see her each morning and after school. The atmosphere at Lisa's house is always happy, relaxed and under control. Lisa has strong family values and I feel that her own children, who are polite and well behaved are a testament to the effectiveness of these values. I cannot recommend Lisa highly enough - as soon as you meet her you will instantly know she is the one to look after your child/children.

As soon as I visited Lisa I knew this is where I wanted our girl to be. Lisa is warm and welcoming and really takes pride in what she does. Her home is very child friendly and the garden is the kind of garden you wanted as a child. My daughter settled in really well; actually from the first few hours settling in session she told me she wanted to go back. Lisa does amazing activities with the children. I am so pleased we found Lisa if you have to have childcare then you should not look any further every family should have a Lisa in their lives. ?

My son started primary school in September and we were looking for a childminder to take and collect him from school three days a week. He settled really quickly with Lisa and has made good friends with the other children in her care. Lisa offers a lovely setting for children, plenty of toys to play with, a fantastic garden and engages the children in craft and fun educational activities. We are incredibly grateful to have found Lisa and would highly recommend her as a childminder.

I was looking for someone to look after my son Archie for a few weeks,he was 11/2 at the time.a friend gave me Lisa's number and told me to ring her,even if it was for some advice...that day was the best day of my life and I have never looked back.my son is very full on and demanding,I have to admit I was struggling to keep up with him and his demands.i rang Lisa to explain everything and also how I was feeling.i went to meet her with Archie at her home which was lovely as we met the other children to.lisa reassured me that I just needed a little help to take the weight off me as I felt awful for leaving him..he's never been happier and loves going there.he has a best friend there now who he talks about all the time.his talking,counting,colours and number are coming on leaps and bounds.lisa also sends me pictures of Archie through out the day just so I can keep up to date with what he's doing.they do so much that when he come home he's shattered,Lisa has also helped me and Archie with his potty training which was a struggle to start with but we both kepted going with it and he's been nappy free now for 2 months,he had his 2 year view not so long ago and he came up over average for his age,so I do owe a lot to Lisa for all her help,she's not just a good childminder,she became a very good friend and I couldn't thank her more..

Being a childminder for a full time shift worker is no easy job !!!! Lisa however has been my childminder for my two boys now for over 10 years and I can not recommend her highly enough. My boys have always been well cared for and love going to Lisa's where they enjoy the fun, activities and especially the outdoor space but are also supported with their studies and homework. My boys are treated like one of the family and it means that I can concentrate at work knowing that I don't have to worry about the boys. I also consider Lisa as a friend and someone I can discuss any concerns I have regarding my children. I know that my boys are reaching that age (and have probably past that age!!) when they can look after themselves but they still love going to Lisa's and I will be delaying the inevitable for as long as possible. Definatley not just a childminder but a second Mum and a home from home.

Lisa has been our childminder for the last five years, after she was recommended by many of our friends and teaching colleagues. She originally cared for our daughter, for one day a week, until she started school and currently has our three year old son, who has been with her since he was six months old.
we have always been extremely pleased and impressed with the level of care Lisa provides and both of our children have always loved their 'Lisa days'! This is due to the range and quality of activities that Lisa offers and her kind and caring nature. Lisa is very flexible and has always tried to have the children for additional days if needed to ensure continuity of care and is always reliable.
Both of our children have benefited from forming strong friendships, due to the small numbers of children in Lisa's care, and she and her family ensure that they feel comfortable in her home setting, with all members of her family. Our children have always walked straight in to Lisa's home with no qualms and obviously thoroughly enjoy the time they spend there.
Lisa frequently visits Playgroups with the children in her care and we love to see the many art and craft activities that they bring home from these groups. Our son has benefited from extending his learning experiences in a variety of settings with Lisa, including the fabulous outside area of her garden and local woodland.
Lisa has always ensured that we are fully informed about our children's progress in relation to the EYFS criteria and we always enjoy bringing their books and folders home to see what milestones they have met, and their future targets. It is lovely to see the many photographs that document the children's experiences and their ability in different areas of the EYFS curriculum.
We would very happily recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a childminder...and have done so in the past! She is fabulous with both the children and their parents and we love her enthusiasm and obvious enjoyment of spending time with the children in her care!

My eldest Daughter began going to Lisa after school this year and we quickly went from 1 to 2 days as she enjoys it so much and it's reassuring to know she is somewhere she feels comfortable like a home from home! After looking into what Lisa offers for age 2 to preschool, we have decided to send our youngest as of September for 3 full days instead of the nursery we did have her booked into...having spent a a couple hours at the house with a few of the younger children, I can see how wonderful Lisa is with them and her outstanding offsted report confirms this! The house is the perfect environment, safe warm and welcoming. The garden offers an amazing outdoor space with lots to see and do! Lisa's teenage son and husband also get involved when at home which is wonderful, creating a real family atmosphere.
A childminder plays a really important part in bringing our children up and Lisa is just perfect for that role...an overall amazing, kind and dedicated woman!

Lisa has been in our family for nearly nine years. She has had my little ones from babies. There are closer childminders to me but there is no way we would change. My youngest starts school this year and I will be keeping them at Lisa's for all the holidays.
We have regular journals to peruse and daily pictures of what they are up to. Both my children love Lisa. Like I said she is in your family now. All the children there play together nicely and respect each other. They do all sorts of fun things, playing in the woods, playgroups, bug hunting, drawing and painting, play doh, jigsaws, number and letter recognition, handwriting practice etc etc etc etc! They are learning all the time and don't even know it. Both of mine were more than ready to start school, with heaps of confidence and enthusiasm.
I would recommend Lisa in a heartbeat to anyone who wants a genuinely caring, loving and learning environment for their children. You couldn't ask or want a better environment for your child. ?

My 5 and a half year old daughter has been with Lisa since she was 9 months old, helping me return to education. Since this time, my daughter has grown with ridiculous amounts of confidence and a highly empathetic, outgoing and active personality.
Since my daughter has started school, I have had no issues with her transition onto her next stage of education, with her meeting each EYFS target. Furthermore, her communication and social skills with other children are exceptional, due to the fact that she has been in an environment with both older and younger children since a very young age.
Another exceptional feature of Lisa's childminding is the activities that the children have the opportunities to do. Not only do they attend childminder groups, they also do everyday activities such as walk through the local town and into the library, as well as having an amazing outdoor space for the children to play and get their hands dirty (quite literally!).
Without the support of my childminder, I can fundamentally say that I would not have been able to progress onto the University degree that I am currently studying and the transition from childminder to school would not have been as easy for my daughter. My daughter is definitely staying with Lisa for the foreseeable future!
Faultless childminding done to the most exceptional standards, going over and beyond what is considered for a childminder.

I have had Lisa care for both of my children from the age of 9 months, first my eldest and I was so happy with her that I didn't hesitate to register my youngest to her 2 years later. She provides a fantastic setting for both boys. They are both happy, content and confident as a result of the time they spend with her and her family. She has them integrated into a larger group of children regularly so they have the best of both worlds with a home from home environment and also plenty of socialising in large groups. She has a wide range of activities that they participate in from woodland walks and exploring to playing in her garden in the mud kitchen. We are also delighted with the contact we have from her, both sharing written and photographic content so we can see what the boys do day to day and have a clear idea on where they are in terms of progress and EYFS. Shes also been fantastic in providing advice when we want it and we have great 2 way contact.
We would highly recommend her.
