Heinchi looked after my 2 daughters aged 1 and 4. They got along from the minute they met! She was extremely caring, genuine and went the extra mile in caring for them. My 4yr old is SEN and it takes her a lot of time to get used to new faces, but with Heinchi it was a different story! She really bonded with her from day 1 and cried every time Heinchi left the house as she wanted more time with her! Heinchi is very punctual, she gave me regular feedback on what they did together and also gave her observations. Thank you Heinchi for the amazing level of care you have provided.
