We recently asked Lulu to babysit my son and daughter while I had my 40th birthday party. It was the first time I have left my one year old daughter in the evening, and it turned out to be the hottest day of the year and Lulu was very careful to manage the heat, ensuring both kids had enough to drink, and keeping me informed. She had a stressful journey to our home, and was delayed by bad traffic but she kept me informed of her progress and when she arrived, she was totally calm and unflappable. We have had some bad experiences with other babysitters on this site demanding minimum number of hours or suddenly asking for more money a short while before they were supposed to arrive, so it was great that Lulu has been consistent, confirmed dates and fees in advance, and agreed to do a four-hour booking (even though she prefers longer).
