I still feel lucky to have found Michelle, she is great , makes us at ease.
We were intially stressed about arranging childminding, times etc. but Michelle is very flexible and gave us great ideas. She also sent me pictures of my child settling well and happy on her first day with her, while I was at work, which was so thoughtful of her. She is also great with communication and very approachable
