Charlotte has been working as a nanny for us for our ten month old twins since they were 3 months old. She has proved to be very reliable.
Charlotte engaged well with both girls since she first met them and quickly built up a great relationship with both. She presents as warm and friendly and is a good communicator. She has been fantastic at giving us advice about the girls development and helped us get the girls into a good routine.
