After being let down last minute, Emma agreed to help us babysitting our children. Emma arrived on time with a big contagious smile on her face and put me at ease straight away. She sent us regular updates throughout the night and was brilliant with the kids who can’t stop talking about her. Just a wonderful lady, who I can’t fault in anyway.
