I needed someone to care for my 8 month old baby whom I had never left with anyone else before. Melissa was super professional, meeting me in advance to understand our needs & routine. As well as following my requests, Melissa had helpful suggestions too.
My baby warmed to Melissa right away due to her confidence and fun, and she kept him stimulated all day, as well as updating me with key information. Overall Melissa seems to be passionate about caring for children and this shines through.
