When I was first greeted by Emma, I felt reassured that this lady was an experienced mum (the best qualification!), and had very happy children surrounding her.

She seemed to be extremely efficient, leaving no questions of mine unanswered.

I feel confident and comfortable leaving my child (for the first time with anyone) in her capable hands.
