We hired Ellerbe on a couple of occasions for ad hoc afterschool babysitting for our 6 year old. We found her incredibly capable, organised and attentive. She has a wonderful way of interacting with children - warm and friendly, but firm when circumstances require. My son who is normally shy, warmed to her right away. We would highly recommend her to other families.
