Very unprofessional behaviour!
This person contacted me in response to a job posting, we arranged a call and discussed the requirements. The timings and pricing were agreed mutually, and I asked her to send on some additional references. Not only did she not provide these despite saying she would, but on the day itself about 30 mins before her expected arrival she decided to make all sorts of additional demands over the phone, which I was not prepared to meet so she stood me up. I’m a working mother and on my own, and I was left without any childcare as a result of this incident as no one else would have accepted a job at such short notice.
Really disgraceful and disappointing.
