My daughter was born in January 2012 and Lin has been looking after her since July 2013.

My daughter absolutely adores Lin and she really looks forward to seeing her. Every morning she asks if she is going to Lin's as she loves the setting and the other children that Lin looks after. When I collect her, I sometimes struggle to take her away as she is always having lots of fun.

Lin is very caring, generous and ensures that the children are always looked after and having a good time. Depending on the ages of the children and the season, Lin takes them to soft play areas, cinemas, bowling, beaches, farms and many other fun places without charging the parents extra. I am sometimes amazed at the places and activities that they do.

My husband and I genuinely think that Lin has become a childminder for the love of looking after children and not for the profit.

I am currently on maternity leave and we have moved away from Canford Heath but I have continued to leave my daughter with Lin as I wouldn't want her to miss out on all the fun.

Lin is very flexible and always does above and beyond what is expected of her. An example of this is when I was heavily pregnant with my second child, Lin offered to come and collect my daughter in the morning on her way back from the school run. Also, when we moved house, on the move date our daughter was with Lin until 8pm as we didn't want her to experience the upheaval and we knew that she would be happy and well looked after. My husband and I would have struggled without Lin as both of our parents live hundreds of miles away.

Lin regularly babysits for us. Therefore, not only we trust her with our daughter who is our most valuable possession, but we also trust her with our home.

We consider Lin as a part of our family and we are very lucky to have her in our life. Lin has a lovely family and her daughters are just as lovely and helpful as she is.
