Fran provides what I believe to be the highest quality of care to our 16month old daughter, who has been in Fran’s childcare setting since around 8months old. Fran creates a safe environment for our daughter to learn, play and socialise in and our daughter’s speech, movement and social skills are so much further developed than what I believe they would be if she had not been in Fran’s care.
As parents, we are communicated to regularly and efficiently through calls, messages, the private Facebook group and our daughter’s personal book with all her daily information completed about her behaviour, meals and nappies. Fran provides a wide variety of nutritious meals and I am confident my daughter is safe and well cared for under Fran’s care. I also feel Fran is extremely approachable and so if I was ever to have any questions or concerns, I would be comfortable asking Fran and would no doubt be reassured by her answer. Fran is also extremely flexible and understanding of our needs as parents.
Fran provides a wide range of suitable activities including trips out, soft play, indoor and outdoor activities to name a few, always themed to the time of year.
Fran always goes the extra mile, providing birthday parties for the children and we are even given homemade gifts/cards ourselves around birthdays, Christmas, valentines etc which is so lovely to have as a keepsake made by our little one without us having done it ourselves!
Our daughter absolutely loves Fran and thrives in her setting, she enjoys playing with her friends and her face lights up when she sees them and Fran. Fran goes above and beyond in every way possible and I would absolutely recommend Fran to anybody looking for childcare.
