My daughter Layla has had Julie as a childminder for the last year since she was a year old and i couldn't be more pleased with the care Layla recieves. Julie looks after Layla twice a week for two full days and i could not recommend her enough, she is absolutely brilliant. Julie is very reliable and flexible with a great positive attitude, you can tell how much she loves her job.

With Layla starting in her setting at a year old i was worried about leaving her as any parent is but Julie could not have made the transition any easier for Layla and myself. Layla has settled in so well that i hardly get a kiss goodbye in the mornings as she is so excited and happy to be with Julie and the other children. I am extremely happy with the care Layla recieves while at Julies and the great progress Layla has made since starting in the setting. Julies house is always clean and well organised whilst being a warm, friendly and caring setting for the children. Julie provides a wide selection of fun activities for the children to enjoy including outdoor exercise, trips out, educational games, reading, indoor toys, singing, dancing, music, puzzles, drawings and paintings. I have recieved the most beautiful cards and paintings from Layla on Mothers day and Easter with help from Julie. Julie has encouraged Layla to be kind and compassionate to others which has resulted in Layla making friends in and outside the setting.

Julie is a great communicator and very well organised with her paperwork. Julie provides a communications dairy detailing what Layla has done everyday and from this i have a complete picture of Layla's day from what she has been doing, what she has eaten and how long she has slept. This is great as i can talk to Layla about her day and am still involved in her care.

I am throughly happy with the care Julie provides and couldn't ask more from a childminder, i am so pleased i found her! Layla has really developed into a confident and self assured little girl whilst being in such a happy and positive enviroment such as Julies. I would absolutely recommend her.
