We have been so pleased with Theresa and t's tots. From the first enquiry Theresa has made us feel comfortable and reassured that our son is in safe hands. He has settled well and really looks forward to his time with her.

She has been very understanding and supportive in dealing with his initial reluctance to go to a childminder. Her approach enabled us to feel happy that he would be ok if we left when he was upset and followed up by sending photos via text to us to show that he was happy and settled a little while after we left. While this may not seem like a big thing for a parent leaving their child with someone for the first time it made a massive difference!
