Vicky has babysat for us a couple of times now and my 2-year old son warmed to her straight away. She has been reliable, quick to respond to texts and very helpful. I have had to cancel her a couple of times, for very good reason, and she has been really understanding. It is so lovely to find someone I trust in my home with my child. Both my husband and I have no hesitation recommending her. :-) happy to provide a reference if required.
Overall
Wendy looked after our DS from 5-months until he was 27-months in her lovely setting at RAF Chicksands. We were 110% happy with every aspect of her care and I thoroughly recommend her over a nursery setting.
For reasons beyond our control we had to leave her and seek a childminder nearer to our home (we previously travelled 8-miles each way to Wendy, which says it all!) ... And we were devastated.
Whilst searching for new childminders we really struggled to match expectation with what we had known through Wendy. Her policies are clear and cover every aspect of safeguarding the children. She has a very flexible routine around school drop off and pick up times, which allows for individual needs. The site is secure and the children get plenty of fresh air with the space on offer. She asks parents to provide food, nappies etc which allowed us to keep an eye on what he was eating (or not!)
The decision is so individual ... You're only problem will be whether or not she has space! Thank you Wendy x

Overall
Tracy has looked after our son for the last 6-months but we are leaving due to circumstances beyond our control. She is very professional, has really comprehensive resources and provides a daily diary and learning journey that keep you informed with activities and progress.
She's situated really near to letchworth train station, which has been a blessing for dropping little man and getting to work.
Tracy operates a larger setting than most childminders as she has a helper and around 5 children under 5 at any one time. They go to regular groups and even have Dinky Dancers visit once a week!
Needless to say we are sad to leave but recommend her to the next family! :-)

Overall
Michelle has looked after our son since July 2015. She has had him from nursery in term time and all day in the holidays. We have been very happy with her care. She is a busy, bubbly mum and has a lot of experience looking after children. Her daughter is a delightful little soul and seems to get along with everyone. I have no problem recommending Michelle and I'd be happy to provide a more personal reference as necessary.
