demilee worked for us for a 5 months period providing childcare for our 2 sons (5 and 1 1/2) after school/nursery when my husband and myself were at work. Her duties involved school/nursery pick, helping with the older ones schoolwork (reading), providing dinner for them and on those days we got home late taking them to bed. Occasionally she was required to stay over night or work weekends.
Demilee came to us when our previous babysitter left us at very short notice and the only reason that she hasn't worked for us longer is that we are moving abroad. We would love to take her with us, as over the last few months she has proven to be reliable, concientious, and much loved by the children. She impressed me durning the interview with her experience and qualifications and this first impression turned out to be absolutely right.
I very much appreciated the fact that she was able to help our older son (in reception class) with his reading schoolwork as she is familiar with the phonetics reading through her preschool work. over and above her agreed duties she would always make sure that the house was tidy at the end of the day, the childrens bags were prepared for the next day and helped out with the occassional laundry or hoovering.
In short: I highly recommend her!
