Having never used a childminder before I was naturally very nervous but I was extremely lucky to find Rachel who put my mind at rest not only through talking to me and meeting me on a number of occasions before I made my decision but through her caring and loving approach once my decision was made. She is a real asset and both my children have excelled under her careful guidance and leadership. I treat Rachel as an extension to my family and I trust her explicitly with both my children. She has worked extremely hard to make sure they have settled in and it's as if she has always been there. I can't thank her enough for the support and guidance she has given me during what has been a very difficult time in my life; she will know what I mean and I have formed a great friendship with her which I am sure others would to. My new partner thinks she is amazing; a real asset to the family. A fantastic find and one in a million!
