We have been using Heather for our youngest son since he was 14 months old, he will be going to school in September. We moved him from a local nursery because of their lack of flexibility and haven't been disappointed.

We get a daily report on activities and now that he is at nursery she takes and collects him.

Heather has been fantastic dealing with his food allergies and eczema problems. She has been flexible with timings (both planned and emergency unplanned changes). Our eldest son, now approaching secondary school, also used to go for before and after school sessions until sports clubs got in the way.

He absolutely adores going and will definitely miss her when he goes to school.
