Lack of commitment
I must express my disappointment with Jackie last-minute decision. Despite a prior agreement to start childcare for my kids on Wednesdays, I received notice just two days before the scheduled date to cancel as she had a doctor appointment and then next week after we agreed to start I received a notice just one day before the schedule to cancel with me as she don't have other children attending and it's not a viable proposition for her! This situation left me in a tight spot, as I have work commitments that require reliable childcare.
Timely communication and dependability are essential in childcare arrangements, and this experience has fallen short in that regard. I hope others considering this provider take note of the importance of honoring commitments and providing adequate notice for changes.
