My 3 year old girl joined Mini Bugz in April, the first time she’s been in any childcare setting. Due to coronavirus she was unable to have any settling in sessions, so she was thrown straight in for a full day - she skipped off down the path and has continued to do so every day so far. She absolutely loves it! All the staff have been so warm and welcoming to both of us, they keep me informed of things my little girls been doing via a daily observation book and I can see her progress via a private and secure online portal. In the month she’s been going she’s already learnt to use the toilet completely by herself, and eats all her lunch (including vegetables!) Shes made lots of friends and she often talks about the staff members at home. The setting itself is lovely and private with a fantastic outdoor area too. I love the fact that the older kids are in a separate room from the babies and tots, but still close by. Nothing but praise for the place and the staff!
