Alena has been looking after our son on an occasional basis since he was 3 months. She's been always reliable, very easy to communicate with and most importantly our son loves her. From very early on I have had a feeling that for Alena it wasn't just a job but that she was genuinely looking forward to seeing our son and even though she's not working for us very often she's become a part of the family.
