We found Annette and Eddie last minute as we decided a few days before we were due to go back to work that our son needed a more family like environment than nursery can provide. Annette and Eddie agreed to meet the next day; they clearly understood our concerns and reassured us that they would provide the loving and caring place environment that we want for him. Each day they send us regular updates and photos, which was particularly reassuring on the first day. He has been there for 3 days now so its still early days, but he seems to be settling in well with the whole family and enjoying his time there!
