A big thank you to Annette for arranging the initial meetings and start date so quickly. I was sold immediately to Annette's warm and open personality combined with professionalism and clear passion for her work. It was a huge relief to see my little one being so calm and relaxed in a new place within minutes. The next meeting at our place went even better, my son didn’t even notice I was gone while playing with Annette.
Yesterday my son completed his first day with Annette and Eddie. His "leaving" tears were soon gone and the photos Annette sent clearly indicated he was having the time of his life. It’s still early days, but it looks like he is settling in well and enjoys himself. Regular updates and photos are very reassuring (especially on the first day), and give me confidence he is well looked after. And of top on all this there is the pick up/ drop off service, one couldn’t have asked for more!
