Sandra takes excellent care of my son Tom. He started with her when he was around 11 months and he settled in really well. There have never been any tears! Sandra looks after some lovely children all of whom are very polite and kind to Tom.

Sandra has a good network of other childminders so they are always out and about. She lives opposite the park so I often meet them in the park after work. Sandra has always listened to my questions and concerns. She is very honest and keeps in touch if there are any issues. She often sends pictures during the day - which I love!

We are moving out of the area and I hope our next childminder is as nice and open as Sandra.
